3 dl natural yoghurt, tsp jam, frozen rasberries & blueberries, rye bran, dried herbs...

3 dl luonnon jugurttia, tl hilloa, pakastevadelmia&-mustikoita, ruisleseitä, yrttejä...

mix...wait for 5 - 10 minutes...

sekoita...odota 5 -10 minuuttia...

and it's ready to eat!

ja sössö on valmista syötäväksi!

ps. couple of hours after that I have an egg or something heavier...

an accident in Alexandria Desert Rd., Cairo, Egypt...our daily life!

I went shopping today. On the way back there was a chaos AGAIN!

Now it was a truck full of asphalt. The trip which normally takes 15-20 minutes was today more or less 1 hour...

Here our lane is nice and empty but look at the other side! One accident in our side effected also the traffic coming from the other direction...

and it goes on nice and open...

suddenly I heard terrible BANG! that was the back of the asphalt truck!

Hey come on, they lifted the truck up with a tractor and the truck just left! oh, my...

6.000 people are killed in traffic accidents in Egypt every year...
