Driving to Cairo downtown – what did I see? part 2 + question of the day! Matka Kairon keskustaan - mitä näin? osa 2 + päivän kuvakysymys!

Corniche - here people relax, meet, dream...

Corniche - täällä ihmiset tapaavat, relaavat, miettivät, romantisoivat...ja taustalla on jatkuva torvien tööttäily ja pakokaasut leijailee...romanttista?

ahaa, can you see the tourists or expats - one blond sitting and the other one standing -
and so many men around...hm...
näetteko kaksi naisturistia tai expattia - blondi istuu ja toinen seisoo...
ja kuinka monta miestä onkaan ympärillä...hm...
who stops first?
kuka pysähtyy ensin?
we really have to walk here, not enough space on our right...
meidän on todellakin käveltävä tässä koska oikealla ei ole meille tarpeeksi tilaa...
yes, we need to walk side by side, we are friends...
cars? they give way!
juu, juu, me ollaan kavereita ja kävellään rinta rinnan tässä kadulla...
autot, mitä niistä? ne tietty väistää!
ei me nähdä mitä ympärillä tapahtuu ku meillä on tärkeetä juteltavaa, etteks te nää?
senkin pahvit!
more and more people, everywhere among the traffic...
lisää ihmisiä, yksittäisiä, ryhmiä...kaikki liikenteen seassa...
ahead you can see Tahrir Square, the heart of the (traffic) city...
on your right Egyptian museum...
edessä näkyy Tahrir aukio, kaupungin (liikenteen) sydän...
oikealla Egyptiläinen museo...

and now, question of the day - what is this?

  1. Wonderful tour.
I really appreciate you showing us bits of Cairo!
It seems so much more relaxed than Kuwait.
You rarely (honestly I don't even remember) see couples holding hands or walk arm in arm in Kuwait.
I love the one where the guy sits on the bench with his shoes off :)
And the couple sitting on the wall.
That the people walk on the street is def. weird!

As to the pic question...dunno,....a coffee cup?
    :)

  2. Kiva katsella näitä kuviasi, en ole koskaan ollut Kairossa. Minäkin arvelin tuota kahvikupiksi...

  3. Hienoa päästä näkemään Kairoa. Ihan uusi kokemus.

Joku kermavaahdollinen juoma tulee mieleen ja vesi kielelle tuosta viimeisestä kuvasta.

  7. Hi everybody!

there are still 2-3 parts coming from Cairo downtown, driving around...

I know all Finnish people can at least read English,
    so
ONE person KNOWS the right answer but it's said kind of secretly...

Come on rest of the gang - what is the right answer? It's NOT coffee! smells but you can't put it in your mouth...

SCRIBER; NO WAY! my purse is so full of money, i can't get it open!
Good, that's the way i save my money!
Seriously, there's nothing interesting...I have to come and check yours!!!
